If your order was placed DIRECTLY THROUGH the Check web store (shopcheckcorp.com) and delivered to a consumer in a member state of the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, subject to applicable law and any statutory exceptions.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will acknowledge receipt and provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable.

If your product was purchased through an authorized dealer, distributor, retailer, marketplace, or any other third party, please contact that seller directly regarding your withdrawal, return, or refund request. Check Technology Solutions can only process withdrawal requests for orders purchased directly from Check Technology Solutions.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Check Technology Solutions.

For returns that are not made under the applicable statutory European Union right of withdrawal, accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will acknowledge receipt and provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable. 

Returned products must be be sent back in accordance with our return instructions and applicable law. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Certain products may not be eligible for withdrawal where exceptions apply under applicable European Union consumer protection laws, including, but not limited to, products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products.
